(4/14/16) TNH This past week.

(4/14/16) TNH
This past week.

* Sunday there were only seven of us who worshipped together, since other family members are still in Myrtle Beach.

* I preached on the problem of "being at ease in Zion," taken from Amos 6. I have some clips of the message I want to post, but since we still do not have internet at home, I am limited in what I can do online. We are suppose to get connected this coming Monday. Internet is not just for personal use, but it will be an important part of my ministry.

* We have had to deal with a major disruption in our housing accommodation, which has absorbed considerable time and attention. In fact, we are still contending with the problem, though we thought it had been solved.

* I am still looking for a building to use for ministry. A building is not a church but it is a tool for church ministry. Pray that we find God's plan soon.

* Stepping out on faith is not always an easy life. People still need jobs and income. There is no doubt concerning God's leading us to this place at this time. But we need to be faithful and overcome the problems in our pathway. I believe we have started an important work. Continue to pray for our success.

* This new ministry will require personal growth and change and grace and self denial from all of us.

* I will address the mission of The Net House more specifically in another post.

* In the mean time, we are moving forward, slowly, but determinedly. I do not anticipate the success of The Net House to be measured by popular, contemporary standards, but the impact of this ministry can be significant beyond our wildest expectations. This is God's work and the Darkness must be scattered. Pray for us.
