The world is concerned about being socially or politically correct and could care less about being Biblically sound. How wonderful it is to be with Christian people.
Christian people hold to the same moral, social, political standards as God.
Christian people do not allow carnal attitudes to dominate or guide their relationships, their world view, such as greed, suspicion, jealousy, anger, deceit, pride, negativity, exclusivity, strife, sensuality, selfishness.
Christian people manifest the graces of God, such as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustworthiness, humility, self control.
It is so easy for believers to live around people who are washed in the Blood, born and led by the Holy Spirit, guided by godly values. Spirit empowered and led people are not touchy, critical, self serving and protective.
It is such a MAJOR PAIN to live around people who have to be coddled, people who are always reading and misreading your actions, in the light of their warp and deception, people who are always vying for recognition and human honors.
It is so easy to live around people who are humble and easily entreated and self denying. Of course, most everyone would agree, until those godly qualities are applied to them.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7
(4) Love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud,
(5) doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil;
(6) doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;
(7) bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
