DON'T CONFUSE SINNER WITH SIN
Funny (as in, "Hmmm?" not as in, "haha!") how people cut God off when God condemns the sins that they accept.
Look, we don't have to accept murder or rape in order to love the murderer, or the rapist. If we have a friend or a loved one held in the grip of a particular sin, it does not mean we hate them, simply because we agree with God's word and we renounce their wickedness.
In fact, when we approve or encourage a person to do that which is contrary to God and His word, we are reinforcing their rebellion against God.
It is as if human approval of any behavior makes that behavior acceptable to God. Not only does sin have spiritual and eternal consequences, sin is inherently dangerous to the sinning person and also to those who are touched by the sinful behavior.
Beware the false narratives of life.
