11/09/16 NOT OUR DELIVERANCE, BUT ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY
WOW! I am soooooo glad that the Socialistic, anti-American, anti-Christian juggernaut of the previous administration did not win. I never endorsed Donald Trump as a godly, Christian, moral man, but I did hope he would be victorious over Hillary Clinton, and I know that millions of Christian people prayed for America's deliverance from the wicked godlessness of Liberalism. I have been saying, since the 1980's, that no one born since then had ever seen the real America.
I don't know how well Trump will lead America, but I know that his acceptance speech this morning was the most Presidential thing I have seen for a very looooong time.
The real victory in this election is not that Trump is the Second Coming of Christ, but rather, it is the long awaited exit of the Obama administration. The hope America has is not to be found in any man, including Trump. Our only hope is in the God of the Holy Bible. To be honest, Trump can lead us into deeper darkness than Obama's crowd did (I know this is hard to believe), but if America will repent and turn to Christ as Lord, then we can experience a stay of execution.
I don't expect the rest of the world to appreciate the outcome of this election. After all, they did not appreciate America's historic exceptionalism through the years (though they liked our money, our blood, our selflessness as we saved their bacon time and again).
For those who prayed for God's hand of intervention in American government, follow through with worship and service to Jesus Christ, or face the consequences.
