Being a Christian (or at least saying you are) makes you perfect in spiritual knowledge and maturity, whether you have ever been taught certain Biblical principles or not. This must be true, because I have known so many "believers" who have all the answers, EVEN THOUGH...
* they have not asked the right questions* and they don't know the nomenclature of certain Biblical concepts* and they don't know the definitions of certain Biblical terms* and they don't communicate certain Biblical truths* and they don't follow certain Biblical directives
and they don't demonstrate Biblical graces* or they have never heard or been taught or studied certain doctrines.
In fact,
* the gift and calling of pastor/teacher (Ep. 4:11), and
* the gift of the word of knowledge, i.e. the spiritual gift of comprehending and communicating Biblical truths (1 Co. 12:8), and
* the gift of the word of wisdom, i.e. the spiritual gift of applying Biblical truths to lives (1 Co. 12:8),
ARE ONLY useful for those who are either mentally or spiritually slow.
Happily, society is becoming so much more inherently enlightened that there is very little need for sluggish ministry dinosaurs like me.
