Sometimes it is said, "You need to get it together," referring to a person not being organized or prepared, or that person being "discumboomerated."
Remember, ATTITUDE, THOUGHTS, SPEECH, and BEHAVIOR are all connected parts in our personal expression.
Attitude is what gives rise to our thoughts.
Thoughts give shape to our attitude.
Speech expresses our thoughts.
Behavior activates our speech.
If our attitudes are formed by the Holy Spirit, our thoughts will be under the control of the Holy Spirit.
If we bring every thought captive to the Holy Spirit, our speech will not be intentionally damaging.
If we possess in our lives the things we profess in our speech, we will behave in a way that is pleasing to God.
SO, if we Get It Together, it will DRAW US TOGETHER.
